I try to complet source,but it's not easy.
I need a new tag like "Release_1.7",can you help me?

I use Delphi 2010, but Delphi 2009 or Delphi XE would do.

Use SVN (I use TortoiseSVN) to get the source from pyscripter.googlecode.com.
The dependencies to third-party components are described in Readme.txt.

Thanks a lot,i'll done it.
1.Change some pas file to UTF-8 to completed.
2.Completed jcl&jvcl once more.
