Syntax highlight color change for ([{ in Python #435

I'd like to be able to set the color of ()/[]/{} and open (/[/{ in the .ini 
syntax highlighter.

Fixed in version control.

Two new attributes were introduced in the Python Syntax Highlighter:
-  Matching Bracket
-  Unbalanced Bracket

Only the foreground color is used
