Syntax highlighting for reStructured Text #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use PyScripter to open a resturctured text document, which is a text file 
with special markup
2. Try to see if the markup shows up highlighted
3. Confirm that as of PyScripter 2.3.3.0, restructured text or *.rst files 
donot have a syntax highlighting feature

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected that *.rst files will get syntax highlighted as per restructured text 
markup. It opens up as a regular text file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 2.3.3.0 on Windows XP or Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

love pyscripter for teaching students python. this would really help when 
teaching them how to document code
