please provide setting display line number on IDE main window #448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a python file with pyscripter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
display line number by the left side of editor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.30

There is a button in the editor toolbar that shows line numbers in the current 
editor file.

To show line numbers in all files, select, Tools, Options, Editor Options, Show 
Line numbers OK.  This will be persisted, so it will apply to all files in 
subsequent PyScripter sessions.
