Update panzoom version to 9.2.1 #13

Hi, thanks for your library! Works like a charm. I need the latest panzoom version, though, so it would be great if you could merge this and then release a new version of vue-panzoom.

Here's what I did

updated panzoom version to 9.2.1
updated node-sass to fix failing npm install
rebuilt the dist files

Thank you! Could you also release a new version on npm or should we use the master branch from github directly?
