… that works end-to-end and wires in bosh properties for urls, certs, etc.

Looks like we don't have push rights to your repo, so I'm submitting this as a PR. This commit doesn't totally fix everything, but gets us pretty close to a fully baked bosh release. There are still some odds and ends to clean up as we have properties like broker user name that are in the spec but not wired to anything.
