Hierarchy implementation: Params (Default Configurations) -> Scaleio (User Configurations) -> Modules (inherits)
Configuration check: Array, string, integer, boolean, etc...
install.pp Installation of ScaleIO packages adopting O.S Repository
Created Vagrant for testbed under tests folder
