add images for mesos intro deck #44

DCO statement

5 of these images in this check-in are original compositions composed by me. the images incorporate public registered trademarks in a way that do not imply sponsorship, or origin of the presentation by the trademark owner.

The other two images are screen captures of a tiny portion of an original work that constitutes fair use by reason of: small portion of content, purpose and character of the use, and lack of negative impact on the market for the original work.
