Can't access my app using local ip address when connected using Docker #349

I don't where to ask about this issue, so I asked on Stackoverflow. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74769112/cant-access-my-app-using-local-ip-address-when-connected-using-docker. Maybe this is related to the PHP docker image I used. Can you guys help me here?
