PHP74: Upgrade for support #159

Please Review the changes in src/Mouf/Reflection/TypeDescriptor.php. I'm unsure about thoses changes.

Seems ok to me. It can't be wrong anyway since array_shift will fail if the array is empty! Just remove the comment and let's merge this.
