nodejs download URL change #18

nodejs.org changed their download URL, the http:// URL's don't work any more and redirect improperly. This change fixes the download URL's to https://

Hi @janoszen ! Thanks for the fix. I just accepted #19 that was a duplicate from your pull request, but with https fixed also for the NPM url. I'm closing this PR as it is fixed in #19.
