Custom `%groups` channels #137

Ideas from @philcmonk for custom chess channels in %groups:

  1. Community chessboard: you can open the channel and sit down if it's free, or observe if it's not and also get in line to sit down
  2. Multiboard view: observe multiple chess boards at the same time, for example if watching a tournament. Could hook this up to some API (e.g. Chess.com or lichess) and stream games from them in Urbit
  3. Multiboard play: that thing good chess guys do in the park where they play 10 games at the same time

Tlon has made it clear that custom channel types are not a priority.
