Can't drag/drop or load SVD PNG workflows into ComfyUI + missing node #24

Fresh install of ComfUI with dedicated venv
Fresh install of Stable Video Diffusion via ComfyUI Manager
Fresh install of Stable Video Diffusion via git clone CLI
Dragging and dropping workflow PNGs into ComfyUI
Saving workflow PNGs to computer, then loading via 'Load" in ComfyUI

Nothing happens - and no output in the cmd console.

I am able to create each node in ComfyUI, with the exception of the "Video Combiner" node that is featured in the first workflow on GitHub
