Provision and use new FontAwesome credentials #672

Hello! During the original development of theCourseForum2, we used my personal FontAwesome account credentials for our icons:

I've just received an email that theCourseForum is close to exceeding the free tier limits for this month:

Not sure what happens if this limit is exceeded, but it seems like a good idea to provision new FontAwesome keys/credentials for use in theCourseForum!

I have no idea if we do anything with font awesome. I think this can just be removed.

@wkaisertexas we use font awesome for icons. the classes are prefixed with fa-. can you migrate us to use a public version of this font? I'm pretty sure it is available.
