Either display something prompting the user to select a subdepartment or just load the courses from the first subdepartment once the department page has loaded.
With one subdepartment, they should load automatically
Fix error where subdepartment and department names match, causing 2 dropdowns to display
Make Fall 2024 and Last 5 Years functional, as well as sorting buttons too.
Also look into fetch recent courses within Course model, since that fetches all courses taught in a year, not in the given semester.
Make sure clicking on a course takes it to the review page
