[FEATURE] Ability To set the date format #320

I'm using WallPanel with SharpTools in Amazon HD8 , App installed from Amazon Play. The RSS news format is mm/dd/yy, I want to change it to dd/mm/yy as we use in Israel. According the Sharptools developers this is set by the browser. I need an ability to change it.
