Following glyphs are mapped to wrong unicode points in Tharlon font
(or wrong glyphs are mapped to unicode point)

1. Amacron U+00b7 has given an alternate unicode encoding U+0100. Thats is
wrong
2. Udieresis U+00ba has given an alternate unicode encoding U+00DC with
variation selector 0
3. Udieresis glyph is repeated in glyph id 111 and 105
4. Glyph Id 104 and 122 are duplicates - Amacron
5. Emacron U+0112( Ē U+0112 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH MACRON) has an
alternate encoding given to U+201E ( U+201E DOUBLE LOW-9 QUOTATION MARK )
making it appear as Ē ( Also see
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39627 )

Please remove the alternate encodings for the glyphs and avoid duplicate glyphs.
