Fonts not version controlled #2

This project uses hg, but fonts and their source are not version controlled. It 
is available only at Downloads. Please keep the source code and fonts in 
version control. This is important since the font is used for Webfonts 
extension deployed in my.wikipedia.org and other wiki projects

Additionally it would be great if the source code is given in fontforge plain 
text format(SFD). Will help in providing patches and check what changed between 
version using plain text diff.
