Mouse cursor moves erratically, enters text [M1 Tank Platoon], game unplayable #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. M1 Tank Platoon (Empire .ST image will work)
2. start game, go to platoon selection
3. start moving mouse, it will behave erratically and start entering text 
rendering game unplayable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Seems to be fixed by the rewritten ikbd controller in r209
