First few key events lost after startup/reset #7

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start into Atari core
2. Press a key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keys are supposed to generate events immeditely. Instead the first few key
presses are lost/ignored.

Beta firmware at

http://code.google.com/p/mist-board/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fbin%2Ffirmware%
2Fbeta

has an initial fix for this. Please give it a try if you have encountered the
problem that e.g. game selection requires several key presses in a disk start
menu.

Thank you for the effort, I updated the f/w but I don't see any difference.

what I noticed, is a key is activated after the keyboard buffer is filled by
some key-presses.
Sometimes I have to press any key for six times, then only on the 7th time I
can register a keypress.

Hi,

I compile firmware by myself with lastest source, and I see some minor
differents.
Are you sure you commit the lastest firmware binary ?

Tophe
