Protocol error on 1.1.2.5 exe and bot issues

Hello, non-steam players seems bot on gametracker like this bot_problem

and this version cs 1.6 cant connect to server

I get the same with

Protocol version 47 Exe version 1.1.2.5 (cstrike) Exe build: 17:40:39 Sep 15 2005 (3248)

p47 is not allowed to connect to server :: (amxx-1.8.3-4786git, metamod-p(dreamwalker - v1.21p37 2013/05/30) and rehlds-0.2-55.

With 6153 client + LumaEmu1.7.2 everything is OK but old 3248 isn't working.

This doesn't works with the last snapshot of rehlds or is me?
