Revert "fix" to calculator #428

In #411, @Keanu73 made a modification to the ROI calculator code, purportedly to fix the ROI it gives. Clearly, they did not actually test the modification, though, because it's breaking the code. It no longer enforces the investment minimum properly. Hence, I am proposing a reversion of the change in this PR.

Yeah, you are right. New formula also depends on one's networth. I will approve this.
