bottles unable to extract water from crucibles #19

ex deorum version 1.9 neoforge version 47.1.79 minecraft 1.20.1

from what i can see in the source code all the water bottle filling/emptying is done only in BarrelBlockEntity, there's nothing referencing bottles in WaterCrucibleBlockEntity.
