denic version update #498

in denic version change from 3 to 4 broken 07.04.2024 fixed and tested on prod

Can you please run the test suites on these when you submit them? I have fixed the tests this time (see this commit and merged the changes to master in here https://github.com/thedarkwinter/Net-DRI/commit/f7981460a4d35132d8813e66980c5c31701b802b as I needed to create a new PR to do so.

prove -r -Ilib t/

Anyway, will close this PR since its merge in the other.
