bug(wct): Fix hooking into wct for version 6.3+ #43

Due to the changes in Web-component-tester: https://github.com/Polymer/web-component-tester/pull/630 which should be released soon, there is a new way to hook into the flow.

This pull request has been tested with a few apps of my own, please make sure it also works for your apps :)

As the PR's to fix the changes with web-component tester version >= 6.4.0, I have published a new npm package, although I hope the own of the repo merge some PR soon and it is resolved...
