Can we test this out?
If player runs out of energy, they will stall briefly, if they max
out/overload, their car will spin out
Stall: set it as stopped for 2 seconds for now
Spin out: Lose control of vehicle, maybe you go in a straight line in the
direction you're facing for 1 second or something (vehicle spins/wipes out)
The vehicle spinning part is physics so linking in Tatham
