[BUG] Reloading on developer mode in browser can't fetch current page url and results in infinite loading... #64

add an if condition to https://github.com/abhijithvijayan/kutt-extension/blob/32a327cbf99eb9bc199987e91d9c26337a036538/src/scripts/popup.js#L137 and update dom if array doesn't exist.
