[Actually Suggestion/Not a bug report] Stop the Guard from even warning Telegram (77700) #121

I am very triggered every time my instance warns and bans a user with the ID 777000 (yes, Telegram) and use /nowarns every time and even updating the channel whitelists. So, should we permanently stop the bot from even warning Telegram?

If you're referring to checkLinks only, it's resolved. Please close the issue and check git cherry or git diff next time before opening an issue.

I see little benefit from preventing users (and perhaps plugin) from warning 777000, but I wouldn't oppose a PR.
