Make /commands shorter

• Hide Master commands when /commands is used by someone that isn't master
• Hide Admin and Master commands when /commands is used by someone that isn't master or Admin
• Shorten the custom command list. Instead of 1 command per line group the commands.

Another reason for this Change is the entity Limit of 100 meaning after a certain amount of commands they don't get code markdown anymore.
