Update to add more functionality #2

Improved the slideout navigation controller to support two side menus. Updated the sample project to display two menus now.

Looks like xamarin studio screwed up the change file so it is a bit of a mess to see what is changed. For questions contact me on monotouch at twanverboom dot com

@twanwv This is awesome. I'm very pleased with the changes you've made and I think they'd be a welcome addition.

@thedillonb Since i will be using this for a project i am currently working on I expect to bring out some more hotfixes like the pull request i just sent out. Maybe it is an idea to look into the xamarin store to bring it out as a component, there is one slide navigation project out there now but it lacks some functionality and people have been complaining about it, would be great to bring this to a bigger audience by publishing it there, send me a message by email or so to discuss details ;) monotouch (at) twanverboom (dot) com
