windows release should contain proper solutions and projects #17

at the moment the solution/project only builds a single demo program (rose)
- they should be refactored to build all demo, example and test programs.
i'll need to find some way to organize this, maybe with a makefile project
instead of a project per-EXE, otherwise it'll get annoying
