I need help on publishing the Chrome version of this project! #1

I just develop using free solutions and the Chrome WebStore developer account is not free. I need help for someone to publish my extension on the Chrome Web Store on my behalf. Atleast for the Opera/Edge browsers, the workaround is to upload an extension in their official stores for free. But for Chrome/Brave and other Chromium derivatives you need to install it using the developer options atleast for now.
