Use PITCHR_PATH env variable for saving and loading the ML model #113

This fixes a bug where pitchr gotten by pip searches for a pitchr directory in the current working directory.

Testing

I just tested this on a new project in a clean virtual environment. It works when the path is unset and when it is set.
