Fix vision/rangefinder pid allignment #31

Make it so that the drivers can press a button and the robot will allign and shoot with minimal overshoot.

The heading hold and range finder PID loops need to be tuned for this to be fixed.

Also when we allign in teleop it should automatically shoot.
