[Suggestion] More Permissions #111

Hello, I really love this plugin, it is one of the best spout plugins I have had, Would you please add Permissions for the other types of juke boxes like long and max. It would be useful for people setting permissions for different ranks like donator ranks. Also it would be pretty cool if you can make the "Disc on a stick" a GenericCustomTool instead of an item. This way it looks much larger and maybe you can reshape the way its held to look like a staff?

I'll get around to it eventually, taking a jukebukkit break right now. And ya, the Disc on a Stick will eventually become a GenericCustomTool,

Disc on a stick is a generic tool, more perms soon.

I'd like to request a permission to allow or disable building of the repeater as well. I can see a lot of abuse there.
