World jukebox is server wide not world specific #130

Not sure if that is intentional or not, but would be nice to have a world wide jukebox or speaker.

Thanks for pointing this out. I don't make use of multiple worlds very often and this is a very good point. I've adjusted the world-range JukeBox to be world specific instead of absolutely global. This change comes to version 3.1.0, which I just released.
