what si a good service ot use to get the fiel uploaded right so i can use it on my server

If you have your own web server or website, that is the best place to store audio. Other than that, I cannot recommend any particular "File Hosting" service, because I don't really know of any that give you a direct url to the audio like what is needed. That's not to say they don't exist though, I just don't know any.
