The option to manually save, otherwise, only preview #21

Instead of having 2 nodes one for previewing and the other for saving, and instead of having to mute and unmute the node every now and then, and re-running the process, having a simple button in the node to "save the currently previewed image" would be a HUGE time saver.

so you want this save image node to also act as a preview, by adding a "do not save" ? why not, makes sense. please ask here - will look at how rgthree did that, they have such buttons
