BM2 Battery Monitor decoder to use manufacturerdata/iBeacon data part as model condition instead of broadcast name.

Allowing for passive scanning and avoiding iBeacon recognition.

[x] The pull request is done against the latest development branch
[x] Only one feature/fix was added per PR and the code change compiles without warnings
