“Penetrator Payload” should not be an experimental option for dumbfire missiles #5

The correct experimental for dumbfire missiles is Penetrator Munitions, which already exists in Coriolis as an option for both regular dumbfires and the new Advanced Missile Launcher. Penetrator Payload can be removed from both.

This appears to be as easy as removing the "special_penetrator_payload", from the "specials_D" key under "mr" in the modifications/modules.json file.
