Write an output table that looks like the SS compreport.sso table.
To include: 1) catch size comps
Columns to include:
Year Fleet / Survey number Label for data type (catch size / survey size / diet) Species Length Prey species [only used for diet data, use a -99 or something when Label is catch size/survey size] Input sample size Observed proportion Expected/Predicted proportion Pearson residual (you might have to calculate this) Likelihood
e.g. (SS output but way more columns than we are using) Yr Seas Yr.S Fleet Rep Pick_gender Kind Part Ageerr Gender Lbin_lo Lbin_hi Bin Obs Exp Pearson N effN Like Cum_obs Cumexp SuprPer Used? 1991 1 1991.25 1 1 0 LEN 2 0 1 1 1 2 9.99997e-08 1.00004e-07 -2.57203e-08 3.75 168.583 -1.57504e-11 9.99997e-08 1.00004e-07 _
Create predicted values report table for all data types - for easy read in to R (and use of ss3sim plotting functions).
