The same mskeyrun source data was used to make 5, 10, 12, 15, and 20 bin inputs using updated hydradata package functions. Only the 5 and 10 bin inputs currently work, more bins cause an error.
Folder containing the input R objects is included.
Documentation of how to create the input datasets and some test diagnostics which have since been moved to hydra-diag are included in Documents folder
