Within Make_Grid.R in SimSurvey

[x] Figure out what the object looks like
[x] Identify steps to turn sf object of the strata into simsurvey grid object
[x] Create and save grid

Grid script is saved in R folder of repo as make_grid.R.

Need to troubleshoot how to convert dataframe to raster to RasterStack for integration into SimSurvey functions. Performs fine in sim-survey-sandbox.rmd and others.
