I revised the summer flounder example to use a single value from the stock assessment data based on your recommendation in hopes it helps assist in troubleshooting some issues I have been having. I attempted the bias and precision calculation with 04a-PM-abund-index.Rmd under R\sumflounder through commit 7ab16f0.

The range between true and estimated is pretty large, so perhaps I am not referencing the right data to calculate the true abundance index. Data is attached to run the rmd at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your feedback.
