filtering server side based table breaks call to fnServerDataOriginal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup complete serverside based datatable.
2. enter text in a filter column

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the ajaxcall, which requests server side data to be sent.
Instead a javascript error 

TypeError: oSettings is undefined
"type": oSettings.sServerMethod,
in jquery.dataTables.js "fnServerData": function

occures.

The following patch solved it for me:
