Improve serverSide auto build #60

Using serverSide, auto build could be done with data got from the server.

It could be in a variable of the returned json, like anything else.

If serverSide is used, and there are no filering option parameter added to the 
columnFilter, should wait for server response, and try to get the filtering 
options, then autobuild.
