to do:

[x] c++ sandbox library glued by jni
[x] implementation of sandbox from java side
[x] move the jni'd classes into the windows_sandbox subproject
[ ] documentation
[ ] rewrite it in rust (maybe if i feel like it)
[x] make ipc work (required for nosession)
[ ] compatibility with other mods
