Improve event pictures #15

The event pictures shipped with the NDE are rather terrible, so I'd like to improve them. But I don't think my painting skills are up to the task yet, so I'm not exactly sure how to accomplish this. I guess we'll see!

Likewise, I'd like to see something beyond GFX_evt_battle for the battlefield series.

Esp. since the non-ArkoInterface version now contains fucking war elephants for GFX_evt_battle. Guess what, Paradox? Those are not in the vast, vast majority of player-seen battles at all and would be an alien idea for the characters involved. Geez.
