EDID patch only for Big Sur? #5

Hi! Will this EDID patch works for Catalina or it's only for Big Sur? (I'm still in Catalina, I haven't updated to Big Sur yet ^^)

First only for big sur, make no sense on catalina cause -cdfon bootargs works fine there
