Arrow keys shortcuts seems to be wonky #6

So shortcuts like ctrl + arrow keys for Mission Control never work, not sure if it's a combination problem or if the arrow keys are not being sent correctly. Any idea how to debug this?

Have you installed KeyRemap4MacBook?
